Enrollment in the classes and workshops is limited, so please make your class selection and purchases carefully.

Refund Policy

Payment for all classes, workshops and tours is due in full at time of registration. Cancellation requests must be received by email to mark@picturetheweb.com. Requests received more than one week prior to the start of the session will be refunded the amount you have paid less a $25.00 administrative fee. Requests received less than one week before the start of the session will not be refunded, unless a replacement student can be found, in which case you will be refunded the amount you have paid less a $25.00 administrative fee. Photo by Trusz will not be liable for any expenses you may have incurred (equipment rental, travel costs, etc...) other than enrollment fees. Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the request. It is not possible to issue a refund for one missed class of a multiple-session class.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a class, workshop or tour is cancelled by Photo by Trusz you will receive a full refund of enrollment fees, within 5 business days of cancellation announcement. Sessions may be cancelled due to low enrollment, and otherwise at the discretion of Photo by Trusz. Participants must complete the registration and payment process on line at www.picturetheweb.com prior to the start of the first session of interest.

Use of cameras and computers

Each participant will be responsible for bringing appropriate digital camera equipment to the sessions. Film cameras can be used in many of the sessions, but for full effect all students are encouraged to have access to digital cameras. Classroom software-based sessions require participants to bring their own laptop, including licensed versions of image editing and related software.

Responsibilities of Participants

The nature of the educational sessions offered by Photo by Trusz depends upon the cooperation and involvement of each participant. It is the responsibility of everyone enrolled in the session to participate in a manner suitable to a group learning environment, without being overtly aggressive or overbearing towards other participants or instructors. Any person who demonstrates an inability to conform to this model of behaviour will be asked to leave the session without refund.
